Account balances are held in PKR. All deposits, wagers, wins and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. The platform does not hold funds in any other currency on your behalf, and no currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions within the platform.
If your account has been inactive – meaning no login, deposit or bet – for an extended continuous period, the platform may move the account to an inactive status. You will be notified by the contact details on file before any administrative fees are applied to a dormant account. o789 accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payment methods must belong to you – deposits from accounts or cards registered to other people are not permitted.
Deposits are credited to your o789 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically clear within seconds. Raast and bank transfers may take up to a few minutes depending on your bank. If a deposit has been debited from your account but has not appeared in your o789 balance after a reasonable wait, contact support with your transaction reference number.
If a deposit is returned or reversed by your bank or payment provider after it has been credited to your account, o789 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, your account may be restricted until the shortfall is resolved.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. o789 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other people, or payment methods not previously associated with your account.
Before a withdrawal is processed, o789 may require identity verification if it has not been completed previously. o789 may place restrictions on specific markets, events or game titles at any time. This may happen for operational, technical or integrity reasons. If a market or game you wish to access is unavailable, it may be temporarily suspended rather than permanently removed.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on o789. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure:

Funds derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be returned.
